Vernon Ray Harmon, 55, of Jerome, passed away on Dec. 31, 2022 in Murray, UT, at Intermountain Medical Center.
Vern was born on March 30, 1967, in Visalia, California the son of Vernal and Margaret (Northington) Harmon. He was raised and educated in Bakersfield, California. He worked as a landscaper, at a demolition company, as a farmer, worked at a dairy, and for 24 years driving truck for AGL Trucking.
He enjoyed taking rides with his family and friends in the desert, driving his jeep and quads. When he was younger, he enjoyed riding his horse, Dan. He received a trip to Hawaii for 2.4 million Safe Driving Miles.
He married Nolana Martin on June 27, 2021, at the Murtaugh Lake.
He is survived by his wife Nolana, his stepchildren and grandchildren, his mother Margaret Gray, a sister Vikki (Mark) Rollins, his nieces and nephews Cheyenne Lewis, Maryann Rollins, Megan Rollins, and Buddy (Mark) Rollins, his Bakersfield and Kingsburg families, and many friends he made along his travels.
He was preceded in death by his father Vernal, his uncle Larry, and a great nephew Jacob.
A Celebration, hosted by the AGL Family has been held.
