Anne Chojnacky, 66, of Jerome, passed away at her home on April 9, 2025, due to cancer.   
She was born on July 3rd, 1958, in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.   She lived in Wyoming and then moved to Idaho, where she graduated from Hansen High School in 1977.  She continued her education at the College of Southern Idaho and then received her Elementary Education Degree in 1989 from Boise State University.  She worked substitute teaching until her youngest child was in school.  She then taught full time at Morning Side Elementary in Twin Falls. She finished her teaching career working at Wendell Elementary in 2019.
She married Gerald Chojnacky on December 17, 1988, and thoroughly enjoyed living on the farm in the country.  
Together, they have three children.  Anne enjoyed caring for her whole family and all people in general.  She had a giving heart.
She enjoyed sewing and was quite crafty.  She enjoyed yard sale shopping and was always looking for that good deal.  She also enjoyed shopping and running around with family and friends.
Anne was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church and later attended St. Jerome Catholic Church, both in Jerome.
She is survived by her husband Gerald; sons, Gerad, Douglas (Lea); daughter Aimee (Gonzalo Villarreal); along with nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was especially close to her Colorado cousins..
A Memorial Service will be held on April 23, 2025, at 11:00 am at Demaray's Jerome Memorial Chapel.  A luncheon will be provided at St. Jerome Catholic Church immediately following the service.    Burial will take place at a later time
